The event

The Fashiontv Diamond Model Awards will be staged in shopping centres throughout Australia between August 2010 and February 2011. Fashiontv is on the hunt for a young woman to represent the brand as an ambassador in 2011. The competition will be staged via a range of heats and a Final at each of the selected shopping centres. One girl from each of the shopping centres will be then selected to participate in the National Grand Final to be held in Sydney in February 2011.

Each entrant must:

  • Be 18 yrs of age as at 1st February 2011
  • Fill out an application at the "apply now" tab of this website
  • Give permission to FTV to use their images as part of our marketing collateral
  • Be able to attend the Grand Final in Sydney in Feb 2011. If the winning girl is unable to attend the runner up will be asked to take her place

The winning girl will:

  • Have a 'look' that will be loved by Fashiontv's international audience including modelling agencies and designers
  • Be confident and well spoken in front of the camera - ability to host FTV events and parties
  • Likeable, friendly and easy to deal with
